CIV ENG 395 Architectural Engineering and Design
This course is the first offering in the new Architectural Engineering and Design concentration in Civil and Environmental Engineering. The course will be taught by Laurence O. Booth, Richard C. Halpern/Rise International Distinguished Architect in Residence and also by guest lecturers.
Topics will include design thinking and creativity, history of architecture, engineering structures, case studies in architectural engineering and design including critiques, research and report on understanding a city and its infrastructure.
