Norman challenges designers to create things that work for everyone

Nov. 04, 2008 · In an interview with CNN, Professor Don Norman, Co-Director of the Segal Design Institute, discussed the need for designers to create things that work for all people, including people with disabilities.

"It is about time we designed things that can be used by ALL people -- which is the notion behind accessible design. Designing for people with disabilities almost always leads to products that work better for everyone."
