Elizabeth Gerber joined the Segal Design Institute as an Assistant Professor in 2008. Prior to coming to Northwestern, Liz built the design and business initiative at the Stanford d.school. She is passionate about design - specifically, how designers routinely innovate in both the product and service domain. Liz taught the principles of service design in DSGN 401-3 in 2009 with co-instructor Don Norman. She reads, writes, draws, and plays for inspiration.
